Detective Sergeant Peter Decker of the LAPD and his partner Marge Dunn search for Baby Girl Rodriguez who has been stolen from the hospital nursery by nurse Marie Bellson. Peter and Marge drive themselves to untangle Bellson's murky past. The harder Decker works, the more he realizes time is runnning out.
